Student Housing

Living in residence makes the transition to being on your own easy, convenient and fun. Seneca residences at the Newnham and King campuses are composed of suite-style units containing two private bedrooms, a bathroom and ensuite kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Each bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair, closet and dresser, as well as cable TV, Internet access and a phone line.
Students also have access to group study lounges, common kitchen, laundry rooms, and social lounges for games, movies and other social activities. Residence buildings are safe as they are equipped a front desk, 24-hour video security, and controlled swipe card access.
